Our network of affiliates help us cover all of mainland areas in the country that you are in. No location is foreign to us. Moving Within Europe

Most European removals are carried out by road, and shipments to all EU destinations are scheduled to depart from Greece once per week. Likewise, the import of household and office goods leave from numerous EU partnering depot’s and are received into Greece once per week. After the careful packing and loading of goods, most EU destinations are reachable within 3 – 8 days from the time our fleet of trucks depart from any EU warehouse / depot.

Moving to Europe can also be serviced via containerized transport (via sea) and / or by Air.

Storage

We provide secure storage facilities which are fully secure with 24 hour security surveillance.  Skilled packers will prepare a “storage pack” of your items ensuring maximum storage protection. All your stored items will then be submitted to a full inventory and condition report and stored away into individual storage containers (wooden lift vans), or palletized storage for as long or as short term as you would prefer. Tracking systems also play a big role in locating items, so that if you wish to find an item that you may require urgently while your goods are in storage, we will be able to find it for you fast, and deliver it to your door, either at origin or while you are abroad!

Vehicles Transport

Our team will always take the time to go through all types of vehicle transport solutions to provide you with all possible transport methods while looking into the value for money option. Shipping your vehicle Overseas or to and from Europe can be done with the following transport methods:

Container transport:

If shipping your vehicle alone or together with your household goods, our crew will securely load, lash and strap the vehicle to the internal supports. Wooden block supports are also used for the vehicle so it helps minimize the movement to and fro when the container is being transported via road or on the vessel. In the event that your household goods are also transported with your vehicle, both will be separated and partitioned for safety. It has proven to be very economical when shipping both your household and vehicle together, and is widely used for most parts of the overseas world.

Roll on/Roll off (RoRo):

The easiest way of shipping a vehicle is the RoRo service (i.e. roll on / roll off). This abbreviation is exactly what it means, which is that vehicles are taken to the port and driven into the carrier and once at destination, driven off the carrier. In transit, the vehicles are covered by the deck above keeping it in good, clean condition. As long as the vehicle is in good driving condition, the advantage of RoRo services is that you are not limited by the size of the vehicles that require transporting. A very popular transport method for car manufactures but also for the individual.

Auto Car Carriers:

Auto car carriers are the truck carriers that you may have seen on the road that carry cars only. It is a fast method of transporting your cars to many of the EU counties, or at least where we have a dedicated coverage once a week.

Crates (for Motorbikes):
Crates are used specifically for motorbikes so that they are fully protected while in transit. This method is very popular when shipping only your motorbike as it takes up very compact space into a container or truck. Crates are usually “made to size” of the motorbike being shipping.

Insurance

Insuring your goods – Your protection plan

Kae International’s reputation in national and international packing has surpassed our customer’s expectations. It is our responsibility to provide the greatest care of every single item that is packed in order to protect all your valuable goods that are being moved. We also must acknowledge that any moving service can be exposed to risks. You can not predict any unexpected event that can be harmful to your possessions, therefore it is always recommended to insure all your goods while in transit or in storage.

We can not make personal recommendations on “how much” you should insure your effects, however, we do recommend that your household goods and office effects should be insured for their full replacement value in the country to which you are moving. It is likely that the cost of repairs as well as replacement will be higher abroad. If you do not insure for full replacement value you will only be able to recover part of your loss from insurers.
